Smart Development Plan - Fr Breen Park

Situated to the west of Abbeyleix Main Street, Fr. Breen Park is a unique example of a multi-use/co-located facility located close to the centre of the town. The park incorporates a full-size GAA pitch, soccer pitch, all weather pitches & ball wall, all weather tennis courts, walkway and a shared clubhouse. The shared clubhouse includes dressing rooms for the various sporting disciplines and a youth centre club/ multi use meeting area - business space.

This development plan provides a framework for development projects consistent with short, intermediate, and long-range objectives for the sustainable development of the park and determines future financial requirements for same.
