Upcoming Seminar: Recording and Mapping of Historic GraveyardsNext Tuesday 1^st March at 8pm, Laois Partnership and the Aghaboe Preservation Society are hosting an information meeting on how to record the stories of the historic graveyard at Aghaboe.

The meeting will discuss how best to promote and develop the heritage, genealogy and tourism potential of our local graveyards using 21^st Century technology.

Speakers: Caimin O’Brien, National Monuments Service

John Tierney, Eachtra Archaeology www.historicgraves.ie.

Venue: St. Patricks Hall, Ballacolla.
