Abbeyleix Profiled in Publication: “Shaping the Future – Case Studies in Adaptation & Reuse in Historic Urban Environments”.

Abbeyleix was profiled on a recent publication by the Department of Arts, Heritage & the Gaeltacht entitled “Shaping the Future – Case Studies in Adaptation & Reuse in Historic Urban Environments”. The Abbeyleix and the Sustainable Communities Plan was featured as a prominent case study in this report, with very positive messages about the rejuvenation of the Market House and surrounding Square, the plan itself an the process of writing it.
